163 Enamel Wire Softness Tester

There are two types: the helical coil rewind angle method and the spring back method.

<Helical Coil Return Angle Method> - Wrap the specimen around the mandrel 5 times at the specified rotation speed, mark it, and then remove the weight. - Slowly release the tension and read the scale of the return angle at the end of the 5th turn to evaluate softness. <Reference Standards> C3216-3, IEC-60851-3 <Spring Back Method> - Insert one end of the specimen into the stop hole to be wrapped around the mandrel, and hang a weight from the other end. - Wrap the specimen around the mandrel 3 times at a rotation speed of 5 to 10 times per minute, mark it, and then remove the weight. - Slowly return the specimen wrapped around the mandrel and read the scale at the position where the mark stopped to evaluate softness. <Reference Standards> JIS-(C3003), C3216-3 (Appendix JA Alternative Test Method), IEC-60851-3 [Regarding Catalog Download] Please request the catalog from the related links below or by contacting us. *For products without individual catalogs, please request the comprehensive catalog.
